From the outset, we will be happy to advise you as to what the likely costs will be. It is our aim to provide you with quality legal services at fees which are both fair and reasonable.

| Probate dispute £400 +VAT (hourly basis) which is currently 20% |
VAT and Disbursements are payable in addition to charges
Disbursement (not included in our pricing):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. The costs mentioned above do not include disbursements which can include;
- Court fee to issue divorce petition: £550
- Court fee to file an answer: £245
- Court fee for consent order: £50
- Court fee for application for financial order (other than by consent): £255
- Counsel fee will be additional
